Our Story

From Discovery to Platform Technology

Magnat Vital was founded with a clear vision: to unlock the potential of Bacillus subtilis for human health and beyond. What began as a laboratory discovery has evolved over more than 14 years of intensive research into a patented platform technology.

Our journey led from the initial characterization of the parent organism DSM 21097, through the targeted development of the optimized strain MM40®, to clinical validation in a randomized placebo-controlled study with 70 participants.

Today we stand at the forefront of spore technology - driven by German engineering, scientific rigor and an unwavering commitment to quality, innovation and evidence-based development.
